2012 New Year to all!! We've made it through the busy
season and now it's pre-summer slowness.
The Board
meeting on March 16th went pretty smoothly and
concentrated mostly on the upcoming Exterior Renovation
Project which is set to begin with 'H' building starting
in April. Buildings 'H', 'J', & 'K' are supposed to be
done this year. No work will be done in the busy season
January thru March. There is no special assessment.
There is now just 1 unit in escrow & 22 units listed for
sale, and 8 closings for the year so far.
First closing of
the 2012 year: Oceanview 1BR #D-304 @
$295,000 (FS) on Jan 23rd. Second closing of the year:
Oceanfront studio #A-306 @ $260,000 (LH) on Feb 8th.
Third closing of the year: Oceanview 1BR #J-307 @
$325,000 (FS) on Feb 12th. Fourth closing of the year:
Gardenview 1BR# E-109 @ $245,000 (LH). Fifth closing of
the year: Oceanview 1BR #G-207 @ $255,000 (LH) on March
29th. Sixth closing of the year: Oceanfront 1BR F-308 @
$442,501 Fee Simple on April 11th. Seventh closing of
the year: Oceanview 1BR plus loft with 2nd bath in loft:
#D-406 @ $299,000 (LH) on April 14th. Eighth closing of
the year: Oceanview 2br/loft #B-406 @ $485,000 (LH) on
May 4th.
