 Thanks for visiting my website dedicated to the Papakea Beach Resort.  Fall is here. Days are getting shorter, and the sun in now setting behind the Island of Lanai. The weather is  fantastic. The Annual Owners Meeting went well and fun for all who attended.

The 11th, 12th, & 13th closings of the year: All in one week and all oceanfront: studio A-206 sets a new high selling price of $475,000 (FS), Oceanfront 1BR #L-304 sells for $590,000 (FS), & Oceanfront 1BR #L-207 sells for $620,000 (FS).

Our 14th and 15th closings of the year are: Oceanview 1BR#B-208 @ $567,450 (FS), & Oceanfront new high sales for for 1BR#F-308 @ $724,000 (FS).

Our 16th closing of the year: Oceanview 1BR #J-307 @ $385,000 (FS). Japanese seller wanted to sell fast.

Our 17th closing of the year: Oceanview 2BR/2BA/loft #G-405 @ $855,000 (FS), finally closing after 588 days on the market.

Our 18th closing of the year: Oceanfront 1BR #A-207 @ $580,000 (FS), another unit that was on the market for years and needs a full renovation.

Our 19th closing of the year: Oceanview 1BR #G-204 @ $545,000 (FS). Sold before listed. Our 20th closing of the year: Oceanview 1BR #K-301 @ $549,000 (FS).

Wow!!  What an early start to the Papakea sales season:  Oceanfront 2BR/2BA #L-206 has lowered their price to $969,000 (FS).

We now have 6 units pending in escrow. Just pending: Oceanview 1BR #D-204 @ $450,000 (FS). And now oceanfront two bedroom #L-206 @ $969,000 (FS).

Newest to hit the market: Oceanview 2BR/2BA/loft #K-402 @ $1,050,000 (FS). And also ground floor 1BR #G-101 @ $574,500 (FS). Oceanfront ground floor 1BR #A-109 is taken off the market. No biggy: It's probably got the most undesirable location for oceanfront.

We ended up with 24 sales of the 2017 year, as ground floor 2BR/2BA #J-102 sells for $715,000 (FS). Oceanview 1BR #E-306 sold for $610,000 (FS), setting a new high for this oceanview 1BR category. 

We have another 'high sold price' as Oceanview 2BR/2BA #K-304 sold for $910,000 (FS), almost the price of oceanfront! Oceanfront 1BR #F-308 has set high for oceanfront one bedroom values as it sold for $724,000 (FS).

The biggest sale in a while, oceanfront 2BR/2BA/loft #L-405 sold @ $1,137,500 (FS).

Inventory is running at 14 units listed for sale.
